Overnight Orders (Perishable & Non-Perishable)
To ship your order the same day, select Overnight Shipping at checkout and place your order by 3 PM EST / 12 PM PST. Orders placed after that time will ship the next business day.
Friday Orders
Orders placed on Friday by 3 PM EST / 12 PM PST will ship the same day only if “Saturday Delivery” is selected at checkout (premium fee applies). All other Friday orders will ship the next business day (Monday).

Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP — Italian Finishing Vinegar

A Protected Geographical Indication balsamic from Modena, Italy — made from cooked grape must and wine vinegar, with the density and balanced acidity of a true condiment-grade Modena balsamic. A finishing vinegar, drawn over the plate at the end, never cooked into the dish.

Drizzle over finished dishes where acidity brings balance: burrata and fresh cheeses, grilled and roasted vegetables, beef carpaccio, ripe strawberries, and aged Parmigiano. It pairs naturally with extra virgin olive oil — a few drops of each is the simplest Italian finishing gesture there is. Why Balsamic of Modena IGP

The IGP mark — Indicazione Geografica Protetta — is a European Union protected designation, certified by a control body authorized by Italy's Ministry of Agriculture (MIPAAF). It guarantees the vinegar is produced in the Modena region to a defined standard. This is Balsamic of Modena IGP — the everyday finishing balsamic of Italian kitchens — distinct from the rarer, barrel-aged Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale DOP.

Usage

A finishing vinegar, not a cooking ingredient. Drizzle over the finished plate; do not heat. Density 1.36 gives it body enough to hold on the plate rather than run. Store upright in a cool, dry place away from direct light.
