Milan Truffle ships to all fifty United States and to Canada. Shipping options and timing vary by destination.
Shipping & Delivery
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Standard Shipping — Ground
1–5 business days within the contiguous United States. Delivery by end of business day. Please allow 12–36 hours to prepare your shipment.
Express Standard — Next Day
Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas. Perishable items (fresh and frozen products) ship via Express Standard only Monday through Thursday. Orders placed after 3 p.m. EST on Thursday will ship the following Monday.
Express Priority — Saturday Delivery (FedEx)
Ships Friday, arrives Saturday by noon, 1:30 p.m., or 4:30 p.m. Saturday Priority Service is not available in all areas.
Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada is available for non-perishable items via FedEx International or FedEx Standard Overnight, with timing and cost calculated at checkout based on destination. Perishable items (fresh truffles and frozen products) are currently shipped only within the contiguous United States to ensure cold-chain integrity.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. Orders over $200 ship free within the contiguous United States. Canadian and Alaska/Hawaii orders are subject to international or zone-specific rates calculated at checkout. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees on Canadian orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
ABOUT SHIPPING
Milan Truffle ships all orders via FedEx at discounted rates. All orders containing perishable items (fresh and frozen products) ship exclusively via FedEx Express — either Next Day or Second Day Air.
To ensure maximum freshness, perishable items are packed in foam-insulated boxes with ice packs, specifically designed to maintain product integrity during transit. We strongly recommend that someone be available to receive the delivery, sign for the package, and refrigerate perishable items immediately upon arrival.
Non-perishable items ship via FedEx Ground, FedEx 2nd Day, or FedEx Standard Overnight.
We do not ship to U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Due to carrier limitations, we are unable to ship for delivery on the following federal holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
