SHIPPING OPTIONS
Free Standard Shipping
Free on all orders to the contiguous United States. Typical delivery 3–5 business days. Tracking is provided on every order.
Faster Delivery
USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express are available at checkout for orders that need to arrive sooner. Rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package. These are paid options and are not included in free shipping.
Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
We ship to these destinations. Free standard shipping applies to the contiguous United States only — rates for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are calculated at checkout.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders leave our facility by 3 p.m. on the next business day at the latest. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays are dispatched on the following business day.
We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. The carrier is selected based on destination, package, and available service.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email.
Delivery times are estimates. They may be affected by destination, carrier conditions, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
Please inspect your order on arrival. If a bottle arrives damaged, reply to your order confirmation email with photographs of the bottle, the packaging, and the shipping box, and we will replace it or issue a refund.
If tracking shows no movement for an unusual period, or shows delivery but the package cannot be located, contact info@milantruffle.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
