Fresh Autumn Truffle — Tuber Uncinatum

The Burgundy truffle. Tuber uncinatum is harvested from September through January — more aromatic than Tuber aestivum, and more accessible than Tuber melanosporum. A practical, season-extending option for kitchens that demand real truffle beyond the peak winter months.
