Our Story
Milan Truffle was built around a simple idea: a small, considered selection from Italy, chosen with care and brought to the United States without compromise. We don't import everything Italy makes — we choose what's worth importing.
Our family's farm, Azienda Agricola Lumia, sits in Palma di Montechiaro, Sicily — the 1637 town that inspired Lampedusa's Il Gattopardo. The farm produces extra virgin olive oil; the family's work with the land informs how we choose every other partner across Italy.
Sourcing
We source extra virgin olive oils from selected Italian producers. Truffles are selected by hand. Truffle sauces and preserved products come from long-standing Italian production partners.
Fresh seasonal truffles ship via priority airfreight under temperature-controlled conditions. Our Italian extra virgin olive oils follow European food safety standards. Every shipment is handled for U.S. market compliance.
Who It's For
Milan Truffle is for home cooks and gifting customers across the United States who care about what's actually on the table. One point of contact. No middlemen.
Memberships
Milan Truffle is a member of the Specialty Food Association, the leading trade body for the U.S. specialty food industry, and the Key Biscayne Chamber of Commerce, representing South Florida's business community. Read the chamber's April 2026 Milan Truffle news release.
