Milan Truffle was inspired by a childhood spent in the Sicilian countryside, where our family has owned olive groves for generations. Living through every season—from winter pruning to the autumn harvest—taught us that authenticity cannot be rushed. It is cultivated through patience, respect for nature, and a lifelong connection to the land.
