Return Policy

We only accept returns of unopened, defective and 
non-defective products. We cannot accept returns of 
opened and/or partially consumed products.

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your 
shipment at info@milantruffle.com and we'll initiate 
a return claim.

All products are guaranteed to be fresh and should be 
inspected immediately upon arrival. Credit will not be 
granted if unsatisfactory items are discarded or 
partially consumed. Please keep all packaging intact 
for any returns.

Fresh truffles and frozen products must be returned in 
the original foam box with ice pack via next day 
shipping. If perishable items are not shipped as 
instructed, credit will not be granted.

All claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt. 
A return authorization will be issued by our Customer 
Care team before any return is accepted.

Once the claim is received and accepted, we will ship 
replacement items or issue a credit only after the 
merchandise is received at our warehouse.

There is a $20 restocking fee. No exchanges accepted.

Returns must be authorized before shipping. 
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
