We began as a single family farm in our hometown of Palma di Montechiaro, Sicily, where extra virgin olive oil has been part of daily life for generations. What started as a passion project—bringing our family’s rich, cold-pressed oil to friends in the U.S.—quickly grew into a mission. We saw that most of the olive oil on store shelves just didn’t have the same depth, freshness, and character as the oils back home.
As demand grew, we sought out other small farms across southern Italy that shared our commitment to quality, sustainability, and natural farming practices. By partnering directly with these growers, we preserve the integrity of each oil while expanding our reach. Today, our portfolio features 100% Italian extra virgin olive oils, hand-harvested and milled within hours of picking, made from carefully selected cultivars, cold-extracted on the farm, and bottled in dark glass to protect flavor and polyphenols.
